NYSC member divorces husband and refunds bride price. 




A serving NYSC corp member filed a petition to a Jos Upper Area Court to have her marriage dissolved on the grounds that she was no longer in love with her husband.

Rukayat Ahmed, 27, who lives in Jos with her now ex-husband, Alkasim Ahmed, argued that it was allowed in Islamic law for partners to separate if they were no longer in love and unwilling to live together.

Alkasim did not object to Rukayat's request so the marriage was dissolved. Judge Yahaya Ahmed, in addition to granting the separation, ordered Rukayat to refund the N80,000 which her husband paid when he came to marry her.

A man has been caught writing Ordinary level exam for his girlfriend - The man who disguised himself as a woman was caught in the exam hall An exam invigilator has caught a man red-handed taking his girlfriend’s Ordinary Level exam for her in Zimbabwe. It was gathered that the man who disguised as a woman was nabbed by the exam hall's invigilating officer. The unidentified man disguised himself by wearing a wig and a touch of makeup to create the illusion that he was a woman. However, the invigilating officer who was not fooled by the disguise noticed the trick and called him out.  It was gathered that the man was handcuffed and handed over to security officers immediately he was unmasked by the invigilator.  Can this be  True love or stupidity.??

Cristiano Ronaldo 'welcomes the birth of twins, a boy & a girl from surrogate mother. Real Madrid football star,  Cristiano Ronaldo, has reportedly become the father of surrogate twins. According to Portuguese TV channel SIC, who described the news as 'a secret', the children, a boy and a girl, named Eva and Mateo, were born last week Thursday.   'Mateo and Eva, those are the names of Cristiano Ronaldo’s twins,' the channel claimed. 'The boy and girl were born to a surrogate mum. NEWS School offers settlement to parents of 5-year-old girl raped in Anambra             By Rejoice Chizoba Following the rape of the 5-year-old daughter in a Kindergarten school in Anambra state, it has been gathered that the owners of the school are offering the victim’s family N100,000 to bury the case. This was disclosed Emeka Ugwuonye of DPA in his post which reads; “DPA has just stopped an attempt to bury the case of the rape of a 5-year old girl in kindergarten in Awka, Anambra State. Yesterday, DPA got involved in the investigation of a rape case involving a 5-year old girl. We got the wind that the father of the girl was offered 100k by the owners of the kindergarten where the incident occurred in order for him to bury the case.
